Zone Face Lift is a unique, deeply relaxing and rejuvenating, non-invasive treatment which helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and frown lines, combat puffiness and tighten the skin in the face and neck.
It combines facial reflexology, stimulating massage and accupressure points, lifting and sculpting techniques, together with gua sha, facial roller and crystal tools and Zone Face Lift Skincare products. I also include a full neck, shoulder and scalp massage which complements the treatment beautifully to ease tense and tired musles in the upper body.
After your treatment I will give you advice on techniques you can use at home between treatments.

I use Zone Face Lift’s award-winning Facial Elixir in all my Zone Face Lift treatments. The amethyst crystal-infused elixir hydrates and enhances your skin’s appearance and the unique blend of ingredients also has an amazing uplifting scent.
Zone face Lift is a 75 minute treatment but can also be combined with a Holistic Facial for a 90 minute treatment.
ZONE FACE LIFT & HOLISTIC FACIAL (90 MIN)
Experience a Zone Face Lift treatment seamlessly combined with a full holistic facial. I use a combination of products from Botanicals and Zone Face Lift Skincare suitable for the client’s skin type, including a cleanse, exfoliation, mask, toner, hydration. The treatment may also include a guided visulisation, hand or foot massage or smudging, tailored to the client’s needs.

Zone Face lift can be taken as a one-off or occasional treatment, but for maximum benefit it is best experienced as a course of weekly treatments, with a 12 week course being the optimum, so I have a special reduced rate if you book and pay for a course of treatments.

Contraindications
Most people can receive and gain benefit from Zone Face Lift, however, there are a few contraindications. Please contact me if in doubt for further guidance.
- No treatment within 3 weeks of receiving fillers or botox. If you have extensive botox or fillers, the benefits of Zone Face Lift will be limited
- If you have had facial treatments such as chemical peels etc, please check with your therapist when it is suitable to commence facial massage.
- No treatment within 2 weeks of extensive dental work such as extraction/root canal
- No treatment within 3 months of face lift or facial surgery.
- Localised open wounds/contagious conditions such as cold sores must be covered
- Skin conditions such as Rosacea, dermatitis and eczema may be exacerbated and treatment best avoided, particuarly during flare ups.
- Acne – it is possible to work on skin with some spots, however if it is extensive, it is not advisable as it may be both painful and spread infected spots.
