Zone Face Lift is a unique, deeply relaxing and rejuvenating, non-invasive treatment created by award-winning reflexologist Ziggie Bergman, which helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and frown lines, combat puffiness and tighten the skin in the face and neck.

It combines facial reflexology, stimulating massage and accupressure points, lifting and sculpting techniques, together with gua sha, facial roller and crystal tools and organic sustainable skincare products. I also include a full neck, shoulder and scalp massage which complements the treatment beautifully to ease tense and tired musles in the upper body.

And that’s not all! After your session, you’ll receive valuable tips and techniques to keep your skin looking fabulous at home.

I use Zone Face lift Elixir in my Zone Face Lift treatments. This award-winning Amethyst crystal-infused elixir hydrates your skin and has been shown to reduce fine lines and help you look radiant. It was designed to be used for Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift Treatments but can also be purchased through me for everyday use, along with some of the gua sha and crystal tools I use in my treatments.

Zone face Lift is a 75 minute standalone treatment but can also be combined with a Holistic Facial for a 90 minute treatment.

BOOK A COURSE OF TREATMENTS

Zone Face lift can be taken as a one-off or occasional treatment, but for maximum benefit it is best experienced as a course of weekly treatments, with a 12 week course being the optimum, so I have a special reduced rate if you book and pay for a course of treatments.

  • Course of 3 treatments – £175 (full price £200)
    Includes 2×60 min and 1×90 min treatments
  • Course of 6 treatments – £350 (full price £400)
    Includes 4×60 min and 2×90 min treatments
  • Course of 12 treatments – £685 (full price £780)
    Includes 9×60 min and 3×90 min treatments

Contraindications

Most people can receive and gain benefit from Zone Face Lift, however, there are a few contraindications. Please contact me if in doubt for further guidance.

  • No treatment within 3 weeks of receiving fillers or botox. If you have extensive botox or fillers, the benefits of Zone Face Lift will be limited
  • If you have had facial treatments such as chemical peels etc, please check with your therapist when it is suitable to commence facial massage.
  • No treatment within 2 weeks of extensive dental work such as extraction/root canal
  • No treatment within 3 months of face lift or facial surgery.
  • Skin conditions such as Rosacea, dermatitis and eczema may be exacerbated and treatment best avoided, particuarly during flare ups. Facial Reflexology may be a more suitable treatment in this situation
  • Acne – it is possible to work on skin with some spots, however if it is extensive, it is not advisable as it may be both painful and spread infected spots.
