Terms and Conditions

• New clients will be asked to pay a 50% deposit at least 24 hours prior to their appointment via bank transfer or credit card. If the client cancels within 24 hours they will be entitled to reschedule their appointment to a mutually acceptable time. If the appointment is cancelled for a second time, the deposit will not be refunded and if another appointment is required, a new deposit will be taken at the time of booking.
• Email reminders are sent out 48 hours prior to appointments. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking and a 50% charge may be payable at my discretion if less than 24 hours notice is given.
• The duration of your appointment is inclusive of any additional consultation and changing time.
• If arriving late for your appointment, your treatment will finish at the scheduled time.
• Payment can be made by credit card, cash or bank transfer.
• Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months. They will expire on the date shown and cannot be exchanged or cashed in for any monetary value.
